The Art Of Dying - I die daily at 3am-5am.
You will find you will need far less sleep when you have a regular meditation practice. You lose no time, but gain the meditation practice. You will go from 7 or 8 hours sleep to 5-6 hours sleep. Sleep and death are brothers. Meditation the practice of dying. To be liberated you must die on earth before you die physically. This eventually brings you to self realization (you are not the body - all is illusion - study quantum physics) which is the passing grade for escaping duality (the world of good and evil).
