The two suns may be our Solar Sun and Alcyone or Sirius or perhaps a sun from a higher dimension.

Sirius - Oeaohoo the Younger (Pralaya)

Mal_4:2  But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

Sirius is the home of the Lipika, the scribes who write the karmic books. (Pt2) Therefore Sirius must also be the sun of righteousness. The sun that George Harrison wrote about in his song "Here Comes The Sun", in introducing the solar pralaya.

Alcyone or Sirius?

Nostradamus - In Quatrain II.41 it reads:

“The great star for seven days will burn; the cloud will cause two suns to appear: The big mastiff (wolf, dog, anubis) all night will howl, when the great pontiff (bridge or sun) changes countries (geology changes / worlds destroyer).”

pontiff = The English term derives through Old French pontif[3][4] from Latin pontifex, a word commonly held to come from the Latin root words pons, pont- (bridge) + facere (to do, to make), and so to have the literal meaning of "bridge-builder", presumably between mankind and the deity/deities. The role of bridges in ancient religions, associated with resurrection, redemption and the Judgement Day is already well known.

Petrus Alphonsi, preserves a saying much like saying 42 in his Clerical Instruction: 'This world is, as it were, a bridge. Therefore, pass over it, only do not lodge there.' Kooch Ich and the anonymous god

The largest star in the sky is called Kooch Ich – Big Eye. It is huge, and actually it is as big as the Moon or the Sun. It is this star that will destroy this earth one day. It will fall on the earth, and since it is so large, the world will be over. Everything will be destroyed, including the United States, and the whole world. But Kooch Ich is not just one star, there are two Kooch Ich. One of them appears in the morning before the dawn, and the other one right after it gets dark. The morning one is very good. It is a great fighter, always carrying its arms. But the other god is always shooting arms in him from the other side of the world. Kooch Ich is therefore wounded. Arrows are sticking out of his waist and his belly. There are telescopes today, just look through them and you’ll see that Kooch Ich has a wounded belly and is bleeding. Our supreme god Hachäkyum would not let it as it is. He always takes the arrows out of his body and heals his wounds. But Kooch Ich is shot again, and Hachäkyum treats him again. And this happens all the time. If Hachäkyum let him die, he would fall on the earth and the world would be over. One day this will happen.

Lacandon cosmic myth: Two Suns

The Morning Star

There are other stories based on the morning star. The author assumes it is Venus. I no longer have this assumption.

The star Sirius, which emerges in the sky immediately before sunrise during the Dog Days, is known as the Morning Star.

Morning star, a (less common) name for the planet Mercury when it appears in the east before sunrise.

Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

Lucifer is Light and son of the morning and likely could not weaken the nations if Venus or Mercury. Thus, we have to intuitively assess the mythologies without accepting author prejudice due to their cultural programming.

If there are two suns than I might consider the second sun to be Sirius and the Red Kachina both one in the same. (perhaps)

Two Paths or Gates (Intro)

After being manifested here in a certain state, such as the human state for example, this being will go out from it by one of the two gates according to the spiritual degree which it has reached.
